Training & Ongoing Support

You don’t need to know how to frame a wall to own a Fielding ADU Builders franchise. You need to know how to run a business, and we teach you the rest. Our onboarding starts the day you sign and doesn’t end when your doors open. Reed Calloway built this training system to turn a motivated owner into a squared-away operator, whether you’ve swung a hammer or spent your career in software sales. The Garrison Standard applies to how we teach, not just how we build.

Initial Training

Before you ever take a client call, you spend structured time learning the Fielding way. The first block covers operations: how to run a job site, schedule crews, manage materials, and keep a project on schedule. You learn the trade’s real vocabulary, what a set-back means, what a shear wall does, what inspectors look for in a foundation pour, so you can talk to clients and subs without missing a beat. The second block is software and systems: our CRM, quoting tools, project tracking, and the lead intake process. You practice until the flow is automatic, because a slow quote costs you work. The third block is hiring and managing field crews. We show you how to vet, background-check, and onboard the people who wear the Fielding uniform, because our reputation walks onto every job site with them. The fourth block is local marketing: how to position your territory, what to say in your first 30 days, and how to convert a call into a written price. You leave training with a playbook, not a binder of theory.

Launch Support

Opening day is not a solo act. We send a launch team to help you set up your local marketing, get your profiles live, and make sure your lead engine is actually pulling before you spend a dollar on ads. We coach you through your first estimates, sit in on your first client calls if you want, and walk you through your first written price, line by line, until it’s second nature. You’ll know how to price a garage conversion, how to flag a lot that won’t pass setbacks, and how to explain a one-year written guarantee without sounding like a brochure. Your first few jobs come with extra eyes on them. Reed Calloway himself reviews early project plans, because the first five builds in a territory set the tone for the next fifty. We don’t hand you a logo and disappear.

Ongoing Support

  • Field coaching: a support rep visits your market, walks your job sites, and helps you solve real problems, not hypothetical ones.
  • Marketing systems: we provide campaign templates, local SEO guidance, and ongoing ad creative that you adapt to your territory and your budget.
  • Vendor relationships: our nationally negotiated pricing with prefab and modular platforms, including Abodu, Cover, Dvele, Mighty Buildings, Boxabl, and Plant Prefab, plus James Hardie siding suppliers, passes straight through to you so your material costs stay predictable.
  • Technology updates: when our CRM or quoting software improves, you get the update and a short training video, not a 40-page manual.
  • National brand campaigns: Fielding runs brand-level marketing that warms up the market and makes your local lead generation easier.
  • Peer network: you’re not part of a faceless corporation. Other Fielding owners share what’s working in their markets, and Garrison Partners hosts regular owner calls where you can ask anything from pricing strategy to hiring questions.

You’re Never Alone

When you call (361) 315-4177, a live person picks up, 24/7. That’s the standard we hold our franchise owners to, and it’s the standard we hold ourselves to with you. If you want to see the playbook before you decide anything, request more information below.
